We want you to be completely satisfied with your Nostalgia Food purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

Important Notes Before Returning:

  • All returned items must be in original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return once received

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our friendly support team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Any additional instructions specific to your return

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible. Include the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Refund Timeline and Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Seasonal treats that have been opened or partially used
  • Items that show signs of wear or are not in original condition
  • Products missing serial numbers or with removed tags

All treat-making machines and parts must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

Since we ship to most regions worldwide (excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas), international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Refunds will be issued in US dollars.
